Available tools

• lookup_hts_base_rate — US HTS base MFN field, source revision, and excluded policy layers. Requires an 8- or 10-digit HTS code. Supports fresh, simple general-duty fields.
• review_import_duty — duty layers for imports into the US, including quantity-based duties where supported, missing inputs, review states, and official-source links. Requires HTS code, origin, USD customs value, and entry date.

A base rate or known subtotal is not a final import tariff. Unknown applicability stays unresolved. User review states are scenario assumptions; they do not become verified official evidence. Data freshness and coverage are stated in each upstream result. This is a planning workflow, not a customs ruling or filing instruction.

Free public access is limited to approximately 60 MCP POST requests per minute per IP at each Cloudflare location. No persistent sessions are required.
